When is KeepXo tracking the locations of my workers?

KeepXo tracks your employees' locations when they start the timer, are scheduled to work, or on an ongoing basis — if you enable fleet tracking. Managers can adjust these settings for each user, and crew members have to allow permissions on their device so they’re aware of what’s being tracked.

Will KeepXo intergrate with my account software?

KeepXo integrates with QuickBooks and FreshBooks accounting software. Plus, it works with more than 60 other project management and payment tools.

How much battery power does KeepXo use?

It's difficult to predict exactly how much power the KeepXo app will use because battery life varies for each device. But on average, KeepXo uses about 2% of a healthy battery per hour with location tracking of up to a 500-meter accuracy.
